What kind of treatments can I find at Azure?

Are there daily passes for the spa pool?

We offer daily passes for the Tranquility Lounge (relaxation pool, sauna, and Steam Room) at Azure Lisboa for external clients. We also have memberships that include access to the Tranquility Lounge and the Gym. This service is exclusively available at Azure Lisboa.

Is it possible to bring children to the indoor pool?

It’s not possible. Azure Lisboa, being an intimate and relaxation-oriented space, only allows access for individuals over 14 years old.

Is it mandatory to bring a swimming cap for the indoor pool?

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap for the relaxation pool in Lisbon or Évora.

What is the price of the Massages and Treatments?

The prices for treatments and massages vary between Azure Lisboa and Azure Évora.

The Azure spaces have parking facilities?

Yes, we do. Both Azure Lisboa and Azure Évora have parking facilities.

Are the parking lots at the Azure spaces free of charge? Yes, they are free for clients who have booked massage services and treatments at the Azure spaces and within the scheduled service hours.

How to offer a treatment to family or friends?

It’s very easy and quick! Access here and choose the treatment or massage you wish to offer. You can also select a spa experience with your chosen value. This way, the recipient of the e-voucher can decide how to use the value more freely.

To do this, just follow 3 simple steps:

Choose the option you desire.
Add the amount you wish to spend.
Personalize the message that will be sent to your partner, family member, or friend’s email, or accept the pre-defined message.
And that’s it!

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are major credit cards and MB (Multibanco).

It's possible to cancel without costs?

Is it allowed to cancel a massage or treatment booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Beyond this period, 50% of the confirmed service value will be charged
