SPA Pool Standards & Cancellation Policy

The access the spa pool, it is mandatory to use a swimming cap.

Being a relaxation pool, the use of the Zona Acqua will be only allowed to people of 14+ years old.

It is allowed to cancel the massage or treatment reservation up to 4 hours before the massage or treatment takes place without any penalty.
